Traditional Dumpling Making
1.5 hrs hands-on class

Rival traditional Chinese dumpling making as you learn the secret techniques of making flour-based dumplings, buns and cakes. Learn the different types of dough, various fillings and how to shape and cook them.

Weekday & Weekend Classes available for your choice:
Thursday Class:    10:30am - 12:00 noon
Sunday Class:       10:30am - 12:00 noon

Class Size       maximum 10 people
Language        teaching in Chinese with English translation available
Recipes           printed recipes in Chinese and English provided on class
