Chef Norris draws on years of experience at acclaimed hotels and restaurants, as well as his love for the freshest ingredients to design seasonal menus for every week around the year. The menus are taste driven and cross the border of various cuisines, featuring Mediterranean, Mexican and South-East Asia Cuisines.

Sushi Basics 寿司基础
Chef Chema Zhuang introduces the tools and ingredients, proper preparation of sushi rice and basics of fish filleting, and teaches the formation of 5 traditional styles: futomaki or thin roll, hosomaki or thick roll, nigiri or hand-formed sushi, gunkan or warship roll, and temaki or hand roll. You will practice and innovate with the ingredients provided, and make a “sushi plate” of your own.

Wonder what the savory broth is made from? It is sauce that distinguishes a good chef. Let’s get back to the basics, and follow Chef Norris, step by step, to make tomato sauce, Bolognese sauce, Béchamel sauce, fresh basil sauce, clam sauce and a variety of cheese sauce, with which, we will play with lasagna, spaghetti, linguini and penne to create delicious pasta dishes!

Gingerbread House 圣诞姜饼屋 (parent & kid)
A wonderful creative project for parent and kid! You will work with your child in pair, make the gingerbread on the first session, build the house and decorate it on the second session, and bring home a “holiday house” about 30cm tall. Lots of edible decoratives are provided for free creation. Children aged above 8 are welcome.

Celebrate the Chinese New Year with the traditional festival food!
